I am a fairly new resident living in The Bluffs. Nancy and her office staff have shown excellent customer service ever since I have moved in. They have been quite helpful in assistng me with my requests and questions especially since I am new to the area. That really means alot to me, since it was not an easy move.

The maintenance department has not been as accomodating. They are not as efficient and quick to respond. However, I have been assured that changes will be happening there soon.

The apartment floor plans are more unique than the other floor plans that I have seen. It really feels like home. The location is awesome because there is a grocery store, bank, liquor store, and dry cleaners right across the street! Very convenient location! Also, not to mention that C-470 is very close by. I would definitely recommend The Bluffs to anyone who is looking in this area.
