Bluffs are a nice place to live.

The apartments are very nice, and spacious. The rent for a 1 bedroom is not very reasonable, but a two bedroom with a roommate is a good value. It is a nice community, with good ammenities. They take most all breeds of dogs and cats. There are alot of families there, so if you are looking for an extremely quiet place, it is not for you.
