The bluffs are okay to live in. The area surrounding is excellent. The apartments themsleves are moderate. The management should take a couple of classes in customer service. But overall it's an okay place to live. I wouldn't sign another lease.

I'm living here now and i'm afraid to open the windows because of the smell of the dog ---- and piss allover the place. why would you buy a dog if you live in an apartment are these people dirt bags or what. The people in the office are rude. and they are allways trying to get money out of you. make sure you get a copy of the lease or your monthly rent will allways be changing.
