The two bedroom is a good value with a roommate. Floorplan is relatively spacious. I love that a private garage is not extra. The management office has high tunover, and lacks excellent customer service. There is not enough maintenance staff to handle day-to-day problems, but is very responsive to emergency problems. Some days parking is a problem, but ususally okay. I can hear when my neighbors come and go, but otherwise, is fairly quiet. There are a ton of kids, so it is not a good place for those looking for an adult community. The area is in a safe part of town, however ourdoor community lights are frequently out. Washer & dryer is standard in every unit.
