I have lived at The Bluffs for about 2 years and I can honestly say that it looks much better now. The pool and hot tub were recently fixed. They had to drain it in the middle of the summer because all the complaining. I think the physical property looks great. The staff was much nicer when I first moved in, and I miss seeing the old staff a lot. The people that are there now are not pleasant. The manager has done a great job making the property look great, however she needs to review the attitude of her staff. The maint staff is awesome and do the best they can on a daily basis.
