Nice facility, poor management and staff

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
This community is trying to charge me $1200 for pet damages - I only have one cat! I guess they are claiming that it is the carpet-though they fail to remember the two times the apartment flooded- not my fault.
In addition, the staff is always very unhelpful-seems more concerned about gossiping with their co-workers than assisting their residents who pay at $1000 a mnth for rent!
Also, when it was time for my lease to renew the first time - they tried to raise it .
