My roomate and I signed an 8month lease and renewed with them for another 6months after that. The staff had two opportunites to have us fill out the appropriate paperwork, to get signatures and to copy drivers liscences. 3 months prior to our second lease expiring, the staff randomly started calling my roomate and I in an attempt to get a copy of our drivers liscences and to get a signature. We each got a call aprox. once a week until we took care of it. Despite our flawless tenant record, the staff would not quit stalking us. In addition, there were a tremendous amount of spiders in our apt. during the summer and, no matter how many times the pest control guy suposodly came over, we continued to have the problem. As far as saftey, on two different occasions, police baracaded the entrance of our apartment entrance only allowing cars to pass after searching. Upon questioning the staff, the answer was that "it was no big deal". My mail was stolen & I police contacted me as a victim of fraud, our cars were broken into twice during this and, it sucked. I thought the leasing staff were a bunch of snotty girls and it just wasn't worth it.
