This place has the worse staff I have ever seen. I have rented for many years in Colorado and I have never seen such an incompetent staff as at Bluffs. There is one leasing lady in particular that is awful and always rude to the tenants. She makes you feel like she is disturbed by your presence if you need to go to the office for anything. Maintenance is awful and does not know how to fix anything and it always takes days until they get to it. There are spiders, mice, lots of insects here. The trash room where trash is to be brought, is always so awful. I once saw a rat there. I am actually scared to bring trash there and only do it during the day. The floorplans are cute and the pool area is extremely nice, but not worth all this. My husband and I can not wait until our lease is over.
