2 of the leasing agents (Kristin Burbank was so nice and helpful, dont remember the other ones name)I delt w/ were very helpful & nice, however; there is one in particular that is a total b****!! She is so rude and snotty it is rediculous! Garages are terrible to get into. I have scraped the side of my car a few times pulling in & out. If you take a look at everyone elses garage you can see that I was not the only one w/ this issue. Parking was usually pretty decent. My roomate and I always seemed to find wasps in our apartment! Dishwasher always backed up into sink and was useless in getting anything clean. My roomates breaker always tripped when she used her hair dryer in the morning so she was constantly having to re-set her alarm clock. It sounded like a heard of buffalo lived above us. Could hear water running down the walls everytime our neighbor upstairs flushed the toilet or took a shower. VERY irritating at 2am. When using the hot water in the kitchen the walls by the sink creeked for a few min after, very weird! Heating bill was CRAZY expensive. Froze our butts off with the heat at 60 and the bill was still $90-100!!!! They suck you in with killer deals, don't be fooled!
