I am a resident here and have been for 2 years. Looking over some of these bad comments that people have made leaves me thinking one thing..... get a life people. This place is the best. Everyone in the office is super friendly and always willing to go out of there way to help out. The apartments are so classy and unique; you will never find a better place. Sure there are people who are upset, but based on my experience with The Bluffs its not the apartment people who are to blame. All i can say is this, you will love living here!!! Those of you who hate it, good.... i would rather have neighbors who aren't you anyway!!

Rent here! Its the best

Get a grip, no place is perfect. This is a huge complex and there are bound to be valid issues that residents complain about. Also the staff may like you, but that doesn't mean that they treat everyone the same way.
