My husband and I moved into the Bluffs September 2005
We absolutely loved it! The team in the front office were spectacular during the blizzards last winter.
Unfortunately Metric Property Management sold it the property two months ago.
Since then customer service has plummeted.
-It takes more than 24 hours for maintenance to fix a problem, they don't shovel the sidewalks adequately when it snows, they no longer provide ice melt, and we haven't seen any snow plows.

and to top it off, the previous property manager no longer works there.

We would strongly advise finding somewhere else to rent. You get nothing for your money except headaches at the "NEW BLUFFS".

i fully share your opinions. thank you for posting this. hopefully it'll deter a few people from making the choice to live at the bluffs.
