Overprices and NOT in Highlands Ranch/Mold/Non-attached Garages

Overpriced compared to apartments ACTUALLY in highlands ranch. Prices for 1 bedroom/1den was $900 Utilities and compared to apartments in highlands ranch at $950, much better apartments with better service. Mold in locations near floor. Foundation questionable, cracks in apartment, but well hidden.
Garages are NOT attached and only access to the garage is with a single remote, so you MUST take the remote with you everywhere. Talked with management of improving system to add an electronic box on outside. Was told for a half year, its being looked at. Moved out and still not there. Maybe leave a review if this has changed. :)
Service was questionable, 4 days in order to have HEAT turned back on in January. Washer/Dryer hooked up wrong during repair. Took 2 days to get service call back, by than went out to get a wrench to fix it myself.
Also be very careful when shopping around, if quoted a price, get it in writing. Price went up $100 and length of lease by a month within 3 hours once the apartment deposit was put down. Was told that I was mistaken and could not get my deposit back that I put down only hours earlier. Pet rent/deposit story changed as well AGAIN EVEN IF JUST SHOPPING AROUND, GET QUOTES IN WRITING. Untrusty staff.
