I would not suggest moving into The Bluffs at Highlands Ranch. We recently bought a home, and had to buy out of our lease agreement (that is normal) then the office told us that we could make payments on the buy out, not telling me that they need it paid off in full by "x" date (which was only 2 months from us vacating). We got a collection letter shortly after we moved out showing us the total of what we owed. I sent in a payment and spoke with Michele Sickler (VERY RUDE). Honestly we were sick of working with her so just decided to pay it off in full to avoid her. She is so rude, and interesting enough then offered us 10% off the balance. So, if you're going to a similar situation you need to ask for 10% because it's considered fair housing if they don't offer it to you. In addition, the lease agreement states that you must pay the buyout in full before vacating... so, why did they allow us to make payments' Is this some thing the do for everyone, it's just not in the lease' Be careful with this apartment community.
Not to mention that our car was broken into about a month after we moved in!
