I moved in around 02/2009 and in the past year and lived in 3 different apartments. If the ants don't invade, the mice or rats will. The apartments are constructed so cheaply that when the wind blows you can feel the drafts through every crack and seam. The staff changes on a regular basis and if you have a problem, good luck on getting any help. Nails are pushing up through the decks on second floor decks and the wood is rotting. Drugs are everywhere and the car break-in's are wild. No security except when 10 or more cars are broken into and the service never lasts more than 3 months. Find somewhere else to live. Not worth the price.
