This place sounds great at first, then you realize it's loud, dirty, and overpriced for the amenities, or lack thereof. Maintenance is rude, untimely and incompetant. Office staff is nice, but very uncaring or unaware of the conditions these apartments are really in. Boiler's are rotten, leaky pipes are the norm. Like the police a bunch' You will,because they are there literally two to three times a week. Doors don't close, fixtures are falling off and obnoxious kids will keep you up all night. If you like misery on all fronts, by all means move in.

I totally agree with you. The staff is nice, but it seems they look the other way and are not really making an effort to make this place good to live in. I've called the police several times because my neighbor seems to think shes the only person in the building and has music on very loudly, sometimes since 8-9am
