I lived in Camden right out of high school and it was pretty much what I was looking for. It's close to ACC, and it's pretty nice for the price (at least when I lived there).

The only problems I had with the place was safety and noise. I'm not sure I'd recommend a single female live there alone. I had a tenent ask me who I was living with (I was living alone, but didn't want to tell him that) and another who followed me home with flowers. My downstairs neighbor on the opposite corner would play his music extremely loud to the point the cops were called at least once a week by different residents. Other than those things, it was decent.
