Very seductive when you first see this place. But don't be fooled. Once you sign a lease they come up with a bunch of rules you've never seen before. The staff is not only rude, but incredibly stupid and not interested, in the least, in their residents. They never close the gates, but you sure do pay for the security they COULD provide. All of the lights have been out on the property for 2 of the 2.5 years I've lived there (I can't afford to move again for a while). They aren't pet friendly, barely tolerant. Terrible plumbing problems in many units. Once they get you in they will raise your rent at the first opportunity, while new comers are getting their apartments for hundreds less per month. I have to say the maintenance staff is great, if you can get past the office idiots. Did I mention the office staff is rude and incredibly stupid' I'm single and pay a water bill for at least 2 or 3 people because I live in a larger 1 BR (they don't ration the water bills correctly). The hot tub and pool and gym ----'s make it impossible to enjoy the amenities (they're just for looks I think). The snow removal on sidewalks and parking lot is almost never taken care of. I could go on and on... You'll notice, the people who are complimentary in their ratings of this place, for the most part, have not lived there for very long. They'll change their minds shortly.
