I was on the net just searching different places and I came to this site. For the most part people are wrong, I love this place. It is absolutely beautiful. We live in a quiet comunity in a great part of town. The gates can be a problem but for the most part they have been working all year. Now they only go down when idiots hit them. The maintenance staff is great. They try their hardest to do all the requests and their own job. As for snow removal, it is Colorado. Come on, this is a huge property when it snows the guys are out there working hard. I see them at 5:30 when I leave for work shoveling snow. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get to your sidewalk but it does get done. With some 450 units it might take time. I suppose my neighbors just aren't patient. As for the office staff I like each one of them. I have never seen them be rude to anyone. I tend to agree with the manager's opinion. If you don't like it, then move. This community it one of the most beautiful places I have seen. I won't be moving from here unless I buy a house or leave the state.
