The Worst Customer Service in any apartment complex

I was very happy here at Camden until I had to deal with the staff. And then I realized what an overpriced place this really is. But let me start on the ammenities, they are not even worth it. The television has been out for atleast a month in the work-out facility along with a treadmill. They also never have paper towels to wipe down the epuipment, which I have mentioned a few times. The "game room" is even worse! They have one pool table but all of the pool cues are broken. They have not replaced those for about three months! They also have a sad foos ball table that does not even have a bottom for the ball to go into or even a ball! WOW, what a game room. The television has also been out in there for a month too. They never have paper towels or toilet paper in the restrooms in the clubhouse. Then they raised rent $50.00 a month. I called to find out when we can sign our new contract and they said they would call. They never called and said they did, so we got a $50.00 late fee on our rent. We fought with the crudest gals who should never work in customer service. Also, they were restriping the lot and informed us the day before. The letter said if your car is in the way it will be towed, thanks for the 1 day warning. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Our lease is up in 6 months and I am ready to get away from this shoddy complex.
