I am just waiting to see when my notice will arrive. Last year, I only had 1 1/2 weeks to decide if I was going to move out. PLEASE RE-READ YOUR LEASE. I will definantely make sure that the apt. manager and I are both present while final inspection and I plan on taking digital pictures when I move out (just in case). I didn't pay a security deposit, so I know they'll hit me with unseen charges for some unknown thing. Read previous comments. The staff is horrible. They care only about $$$$ and not you.

It took 3 months and 6 calls to the office to put screens (noted on my move in sheet) on my front two windows. It took 2 weeks to fix my towel bar in my bathroom after I brought all pieces to the office after 2 calls made to office. Notified apartment manager of possible water leak in storage closet - management is aware of it. I plan on moving out 2 days before my lease expires so I can clean, clean, clean.

I lived in Camden for a year, when it was time to get my lease renewal they "convientley" lost it and I had to call and finally go in 2 days before it I was to give them an answer. I asked if I could have an extension since it was their fault that I hadnt got it and they said sure and gave me another 2 days! WOW super nice huh? I had also called several weeks earlier and had also gone in to see how much it would be to move into an apt with a garage attatched. Their response to that (after about 2 weeks of trying to get an answer from them) was that I would have to pay $200 administration fee, another pet deposit, and then rent would be at least $100 of what my new lease would be (keep in mind they didnt "know" what that rate would be yet). Needless to say I left as soon as I could. I even moved out 3 days before my move out date so I could clean. I had a dog who had NEVER had an accident in the house, they only problem with the carpet was wear and tear by the kitchen. I even cleaned the carpet twice and checked it the last day and it was spotless..looked better than when I moved in. Unfortunately I couldnt be there when they inspected it...TOTAL MISTAKE!!! I was charged $645 for the replacement of the carpet AND pad...what was the $550 pet fee for??? Then when I asked to see the apt, about 2 weeks after I moved out or see the carpet they said they had already rented it out...the year I was there I had never seen an apartment rented 2 weeks after someone moved out...so mine must not have been that bad?? GRRRRR I would say skip them...apts nice but they screw you every chance they get.
