I must say that after reading the previous reviews of this property, I was inclined to ignore it and look at others in the area. I must also say that would have been a mistake on my part. This apartment complex is in a beautiful, as well as very convenient location regarding proximity of shopping, restaurants and other amenities. Southwest Plaza Mall is just minutes away, as are grocery stores and many major retail outlets. It is also convenient for getting to other parts of town, being fairly close to C-470 and Hampden Avenue.

The management staff was extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly, every one of them. I couldnt have asked for more! They went out of their way to make our stay very satisfying. The maintenance crew was responsive, very friendly and helpful, taking care of any problems that cropped up in a timely manner.

The grounds of the complex are relaxing, beautiful and manicured regularly, creating a very pleasant atmosphere to live in. There is a lovely lake on the premises as well as a larger lake bordering the property. Ducks and geese visit or live on both lakes adding an extra touch of warmth to the surroundings. The walkway around the lake on the property is wonderful for refreshing walks as well as providing space for walking ones pet.

The on-site amenities are great, including a very large, well-maintained heated outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor hot tub, a very well-equipped fitness center, a basketball court, a game room, large outdoor barbecue, and an outdoor gazebo with sink and counter space for preparing food.

All in all, Id have to say wed have been hard put to find a better choice of apartment to rent. I would heartily recommend this property to anyone looking for an apartment in this general area of town.

This sounds like the property advertisement. No one in their right mind will write something that seems so much like marketing. How many people describe a property with words like manicured, pleasant atmosphere, etc. Sounds like a staff person writing this up - read the brochure - copied right from it.
