We lived at Camden for 9 months before we had to transfer out of state. The apartment itself was nice and the amenities would hae been nice if they were working.

The pool heater was very often not working, the spa was closed off just as often.

The week we moved in the sidewalk lights were tipped over exposing the wiring. The whole strip of sidewalk ws dark. After a month I askek them to fix it. The put up an orange cone and it remained there for months. When I asked if they were going to fix it they said they had just changed mgmt and woild get to it very soon. September is still had the orange cones.

The micorwave popped the breaker, never resolved that problem either.

We were told there was a limit if two small dogs in the apartment. Neighbors had three golden retreivers, acorss the way was another guy with three big dogs. You wold often see people walking multiple big dogs. I am not a dog hater, just the doggy pooh for my kid to get on him! When we let mgmt know, they did nothing.

When we left we gave them $4700 to pay the 60 days, plus the penalty to terminate the lease early.
