After reading these reviews I am scared to move out. I have lived here for 1 year and 6 months and we have a had quite a few problems. I took detailed notes when I moved in but am afraid there will be tons of charges when we moved out because I also did the $89 deposit. When I moved in the freezer door was dented and the inside was cracked and taped. The wall in the master bath was molded beyond belief and just painted over! The sink in the kitchen is not deep enough and scratches too easily. The snow removal sucks, I nearly slip and fall every snow because they do not plow behind the garages and the sun does not melt it. Requested screen on move in and very received them, finally I gave up because it was not worth my time to argue. Closet door have always been broken and they never fixed them. Tiles cracked in entry way, never fixed. We also do not havea garage, they told us that they did not build enough garages for the apartments but we found out they were using some for storage! ONE person in the office is helpful, the rest are not. I asked for pricing for a friend and they said they I had the best deal on the property and that they did not have to give the apartments away anymore--their exact words.
Also, the fitness center and indoor basketball courts were a big draw for me, however pipes burst and now they are closed indefinetly. Why am I paying so much'
We will see how they screw me when I move out.
