All other reviews seem to be biased in a sense that they were all negative, calling them crooks. MAYBE THEY NEED TO READ LEASING AGREEMENTS THEY SIGN DUE TO THE FACT IT IS A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT. I'm in real estate and I think that this place is great. ****

Yes, read the lease. But you better have some time to spare. It is about 20 pages long and very wordy. I was expecting a 2 or 3 page lease but when they brought out that book of a lease I was shocked. It basically has you sign away any rights you might have as a tenant. The only good thing is, it can be used against them also, but you have to know what it says. They expect you to go by the letter of the lease make them toe the line also. And make sure you get a copy.

I think that the experiance you have will only be as good as you prepare yourself for. They were very kind in explaining any questions I had. I read the lease agreement word for word. I had a wonderful experience at Camden Lakeway and would refer it to any of my friends. I recently purchased a home - if not I'd still be living there.
