Leaking roofs, a constant spider problem, decaying and unclean building exteriors are the tip of the iceberg. At move in, it took them about 3 weeks after my "move in" to clean to the place to acceptable standards. Even then, I still had to clean spider webs and a dead bird off my balcony by myself.

The staff is shiftless, lazy with absolutely no communication. Anything you say, ask or request is forgotten or ignored as soon as you're out of the office. At one point, I asked four staff members over the course of two weeks to inform me in advance when contractors would be walking through to repair my roof. Not one of them ever did, so furniture and a rug were stained with white paint.

Talking to others living there, there is an apparent crime problem (things being stolen from cars, etc) and I've occasionally seen graffiti along the outside wall facing Grant Ranch blvd.

Midway through my lease, I asked to be transferred to a different apartment within the complex because of the above. They smiled, told me there were many places availible, but never got back to me. Needless to say, I went looking elsewhere.

Finally, when I moved out at the end of my lease, I tried to give the office a forwarding address, they told me to fill out a post office forwarding form. Then, two weeks later I called to check in they screwed up my final charges, billed me $20 for using a trash bag for removing a few cans from the pantry. With no energy to argue further, I'm probably just going to pay the fee

Without a doubt the worst living decision I've made so far had been to move to Camden Lakeway.
