The community is nicer than the apartments. The weight room and sauna are a big plus. The courtyard is taken care of and adds a nice atmosphere. The people (most of them) are friendly. The security adds to a nice feeling of safety and community.

The apartments are small, and although many of them have newer appliances, it dcoesn't make up for the cramped space. With the building being older there is constant maintainence that needs to be done. The help is not slow to respond, but not skilled in repair.

I lived there 6 months. It was all I could take of banging water pipes in the walls of my bedroom. It was never resolved. I never slept well.
