awsome space.my fridge broke, and could not be fixed. The managment told me I had to wait two weeks for a new one. My husband sat in the office for over an hour. he asked the landlord how he was to keep his food from spoiling. She said he could store some of it in her frezzer until the new one was in in two weeks he said he would not leave until she found a new on that would be in the town home no later than 3 days. he was very nasy and unplesant. we did get a fridge three days later. People should not have to take this much time to get what they pay for every month. Not to mention the rent went up 90.00 every year. We only stayed for two. If it we not for the managment on the huge raise in rent I would still be living there. The townhomes a Huge, But don't ask the managment to paint. They will hand you a paint can and say have at it.
y lease stated thet they would touch up paint yearly. Never happend.
