The question you have to ask for yourself is simple: 'What kind of quality of life do you want for you or your family', Do you want the space, price, atmosphere, closeness to schools... within a renters' environment''
The next question is: "Are you going to let someone like June, mgr, decide for you what that QoL is'"
She really doesn't have much to do w/your life here once you're moved in, as a matter of fact, she needs you as a renter so use that as an influence.
Once upon a time, 1999, Columbine Meadows was on a year waiting list, this was before Columbine Meadows offered air-conditioning.
Many things have changed since then. #1. June. SHE IS A PILL...NOONE IS NOT DENYING THAT! I am sending my opinion as a resident to the owner, but is it my job to know why June is still here'
Anyone mention Polly' She is sweet and happily willingly to help you in any way she can!!
This is a good neighborhood, you are in walking distance to the Green Belt and Coronado Elementary School.
Good luck, and don't let June push you around!
