It's nice and big and the price is right BUT..
the pool's heater doesn't work, it takes about 9 months for the carpet cleaners to come after you sign a year's lease, it takes FOREVER to get your stuff fixed (you usually just do it yourself--blinds with broken slats, warping shower tile, counter tops pealing away...that kind of stuff.)
And unfortunately there have been a rash of car break-ins last summer -- not that management warned anybody or anything like that.
OK if you don't mind the lack of customer service.
