I have lived here now, for over six months. I love the apartment. It is large, and priced great for the space. As for the management.... Polly is great. June on the other hand has two faces. Really sweet until you sign the lease.

I locked myself out of the house, keep in mind I am a single mother of two, once. It never happened before and has never happend since. This was a Saturday afternoon, and June lives right next door to the office. I drove down to the office to see how to get my key, and June happened to be standing outside. Instead of walking a few feet to get my key, I had to call maintenance, wait 40 min, and then pay $35 to get my key. I understand having to do that if it happened all the time... but once with two crying kids in the car should have had some type of exception.

The pool is usually, cold. Other than the management... I have enjoyed the place. I have never had a problem with hearing my neighbors. All the neighbors are friendly. Overall I am satisfied with Columbine Meadows.

Just ask if June is still there first....
