A decent place From: gladtorent2000 Date posted: 1/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   I waited ten months for a 3BR, and lived there Nov 2000 - Sep 2002, without a/c. The basement makes the difference for storage, an extra bedroom and study space. Basic living at a lower than average price.
