We've lived in this community for the past 5 years, and have come to expect a rather high level of, ineptitude, incompetence and an overall laxidazicle approach to the daily operation of this community. As soon as possible we will be leaving this residence. The maintenance crew is non-existent and when there is a legitimate problem they are unable to fix it. Last year they finally got around to installing air conditioning, but didn't use someone competent (just cheap). We repeatedly, tried to contact the Office Staff and OWNER to make them aware our unit was leaking all over our basement floor. We left messages and NOTHING! Fortunately, my husband is a competent, resourceful and intelligent man who possesses the skills and knowledge to fix what apparently, they could not or did not want to. Hard to tell since we never did get a response to our requests.
The office staff, has a combined IQ equivelent to that of a GNAT!! I've never met two more useless people in my life. The office manager is rarely reachable, and when you are able to get a hold of her she can't or won't answer your questions.

When we moved in this was a fairly decent place to live, based on what you got for what you paid. However, that has, since changed drastically. The community of people who live here now are irresponsible, neglectful and disrespectful. At one point we had child molesters living in one of the units. The kids run amuck on a daily basis, with (Air Soft Guns)shooting any and everything they can. We had to replace our windshield and our car has many dents in it from the pellets flying everywhere.

The pool is a JOKE! The lawn furniture is broken and unusable, but its out there just the same. Two years ago, the pool heater broke and they refused to pay for a new one. Again, thank the "CHEAP OWNER" for that one. We went an entire summer with a pool that no one could use!!

I could go on and on about this place, but really what good would it do' I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE LIVE HERE!! THIS PLACE IS FALLING APART AT THE SEAMS! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THERE GREAT DEALS AND EMPTY PROMISES TO FIX ANYTHING THAT ISN'T WORKING!!
BOTTOM LINE: "RENTER BEWARE"
