The manger is very Nice, but stuck working for a very unkind, prejuidice man. The flu to my chminney is not working properly and we had severe smoke damage. I was told by the office staff that I would be responsible for the repair.! WHAT' I was given the woner's phone number and TRIED to have a conversation with him. He is of Eastern decent and talked very rudly with no respect. He flat out refused to help me. I asked him if I should also be responsible for the pool and other common areas. I tried to get out of my lease, but no way! I suppose if I took him to small claims I would of had some positive response.... No time, no extra $$ to spend on that!

Cheap price for a cheap place. Would not recommend unless you were desperate.
