We were so excited when we moved in this summer. The office staff was friendly. The townhome seemed clean and well-kept.

It has been a hellish experience since day one.

Since signing, the office people have become rude and irresponsive. They are often not available in the office or by phone. They never return messages.

The townhome was painted and looked nice, but the paint job is horrible and the paint very cheap. It marks up very easily and you cannot clean it. There is overspray on the carpet, over outlets, and over switch plates.

The doors are beat up, the windows don't close, and the screens don't fit.

Parking looks fine during the day, but at night the streets get so full, only one car can get through at a time.

All my neighbors say the same thing--not a bad price for the square footage, but not a good price for the lack of service or attention to detail/repair. I also hear they jacked rent up on a bunch of people last year.

I am not worried about that, there are plenty of brand new places that cost about the same that are better-kept.
