Parking: Ok
Maintenance: Non existant
Construction: None...No ,maintenance
Noise: None...no maintenance
Grounds: Very poorly maintained...especially in the winterLots of Ice and snow on the roads long after the storm is gone.
Safety: If you had an emergency requiring and ambualnce or fire truck weeks after a snow storm, GOOD luck!
Office Staff: Will not inspect the townhouse when you move in or out! Forget about your secuirty deposite! No management. Owned by out of state group, most likely a tax right off.
