I have lived at Columbine Meadows for over 4 years now. YIKES! It has gotten worse and worse. We requested new carpet and new kitchen flooring before we moved in and June and Polly both said, "YES" though neither was done. Yes, we still moved in. The maintenance is horrible. They take days and days to come over and that only if you continually call them to "remind" them. The place is falling down around us. The paint on the walls is horrible. They paint right over hair, food, bugs, etc. the carpet, and within days the "stuff" under the paint is visible. The pool is never maintained. The roads are even worse. The siding is falling apart and is rotten. The complex is rampant with mice and knat larvae. There is no insulation, so your excel bill is outrageous and you can hear your neighbors conversations. With the new management, things have gotten worse. Brittany is mean tempered and a liar. She is unwilling to help anyone out, and gives ridiculous advise. The rent is to go up $300-$400 more which is a terrible deal for this town home. The sq. ft is nice but you really have to put up with a lot to live here. Pets are not allowed yet over half have them.

I agree totally with everything you said. I'm glad to be moving out of this place.
