I've read several other reviews and most of the others about not having problems fixed and poor maintenance are right on the mark. I still live in one of the units. It's coming on a year now that 6 different problems STILL have gone unattended. I have been forced to fix two toilets and jerry rig several other problems. The point is that these problems should be fixed by the maintenance crew...if there is such a thing. The last time I ever saw anyone from the maintenance crew was the day before I moved in 11 months ago!

Also, the review that says that "BRITANY IS AWESOME" is a total sham! I had walked into the leasing office one day and overheard Britney talking about how "these people that leave feedback online are a bunch of liars" and they exaggerate on how terrible things are (or something to that end). She further spoke about how she routinely visits different apartment rating sites and gives the complex great reviews...Wow, I didn't pay much attention to that bit of information until these problems started to add up.

To add insult to injury, we are being offered a "discount" on next year's rent which happens to be $65 more per month than we had paid this past year. What a slap in the face! It's almost if they are saying "go ahead, move, we don't need your patronage!"

This kind of mentality is truly disgusting. If, for no other reason than to save some money, don't waste your time and energy living in this place. There are better bargains out there.
