Our townhome itself was great. It was in good shape when we moved in and we had very few problems during the year and a half that we lived there. We were, however, very disappointed when it came time to renew our lease. Our rent was raised $125 a month!! I think this is insane!!! When we asked why it went up so high, we pretty much were told take it or leave it. They didn't care if we stayed or not. The grounds definatly could have been taken care of better. The pool and the clubhouse were always a mess. We used the clubhouse several times and had to clean it before our party. The window seals were dirty and had dead bugs and the walls had food on them. Also, the deck around the outside of the clubhouse, by the pool, was in terrible shape. There were slats broken and pieces of the railing were missing. We could not use the deck because it was too dangerous. The streets through out the entire complex are a mess. There are pot holes everywhere, and instead of repaving they just patched the holes. As soon as it rained or snowed the holes were back. We enjoyed the time that we lived here, and if they could maintain the grounds a little bit better we would definatly recommend it. But don't be surprised when your rent sky rockets!!!

Raise in rent causes complaints. Very few problems, but now that rent is raised, there are lots of problems. Buy a house. Oh wait, you can't because your credit probably sucks.

Brittany, it's not hard to figure out who posted the response. Since you are one of the main problems. You don't do anything for the community, you treat it more like a hang out than like a job.
