Uncomfortable, unpredictable, unappreciated

I'll start here, Uncomfortable - The townhome I was in was very dark...dark carpet yellow-ish paint, dark kitchen, creepy unfinished basement,the place as a whole has a dark feel to it. The streets around the complex is dark and narrow,
Unpredictable- Things always break here, prombles with everything. From the air-conditioning this summer, to the crappy insolation from the windows and doors letting all the cold air in during the winter. All the way to every lightbulb in the house.
UNAPPRECIATED- sure they are nice when you are looking to lease, but after that FORGET IT! Management is in to steal every penny they can from you. The outside of the townhomes are in such bad shape themselves, they need repainting and resurfacing so badly that they would need to save up every persons deposit and rent just to Fix the outsides not to make them look like such an eyesore to the community.
Not to mention the insides are horrific in themselves. They DO NOT want to replace carpet OR take time to make the walls look nice. ON move out, they inspect every inch nook and cranny trying to take your deposit from you. so, if you don't do the same on move in, you can COUNT on loosing your entire deposit... plus they want YOU to hire cleaning people to clean your place. WTF do they exsactly do with the profit they make from rent' THey obviously don't put it into their maintance.
And on top Management is SUPER RUDE. They are rude even when you give them your rent check. I would stand waiting to give it to someone while they were staring at me talking on the phone. The sqr. Footage is NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
PLUS---- you can't have pets there. its not a individual landlord. its a corprate company, I don't understand how they can tell people you CAN'T have pets'!''!
