I live in Columbine Meadows now, but our lease is up in February, so we are definitely planning to move. The model you look at of course is beautiful. Nice kitchen, nice floors, but when you move into your unit, be prepared. The blinds were filthy, but they work so they don't change them and they don't clean. They expect you to clean them. The cabinet under the kithen sink and floor have so much water damage that the floor underneath and inside of cabinet are broken and the floor needs to be replaced, but owners don't care. As long as it is working, they won't fix anything. The owners wont' fix anything. Would I recommend these townhomes to anyone. Absolutely not, unless you are good at fixing things and are prepared to pay for it yourself.
