These town homes are a joke yes they are big gut that is the only good thing about them. They JACK up your rent and do not take care of the place. IT IS A DANGER FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. The management sucks, maintenance sucks, pool is green and mucky, boards falling off the side of the building, pothole city, mice infested, gnats everywhere, voles (close relative to the mouse), charge you for every little thing, RUDE and GROSS! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope you have been in contact with Tenate Landlord line through Jeffco Action Center, We are also moving out for our familys saftey and us as well as many others that i know of have been threatened to be sued. I agree with everything poor that has been posted. Good look on your upcoming battle.

I concur with everything posted! I wrote a review almost two years ago. Now I live in California but I am still passionate about making sure that Columbine Meadows doesn't get any more business. Columbine Meadows was a horrible place with even worse management. Stay away from this place.
