This place is a joke and when i did a sex offender check there is one on the property, he lives on the same street as the office at the other end. I am moving out soon as i have to wait for the place i am going to open up. The maintance men are a joke the managers are horrible, and the owners turn their heads to the problems right under their noses. They do not care about the safety of you and your children. They set rules for you to follow but it is ok for their employees to break you are not allowed to have unlicensed vehicles on property but guess what the maintance men have one that is not registered cause it will not pass testing. And you are not allowed to have anything outside your unit but go look at Jesse's appartment, it is decked out outside.

I used to live at Columbine Meadows and it's not as bad as people make it sound. They are older and need some work but maintenance isn't bad at all. As far as the outside of the units, you are allowed to make changes as long as it doesn't look trashy. I had permission to pull out a dead bush in front of my unit and create a little patio area.
