I would have great concern for security in this complex. The numerous incidents which occurred forced me to deem this not secure and uninhabitable. Numerous partying by teenagers; police called several times; congregating in parking lot loud cursing, partying, dirty grounds (broken beer bottles, rags, band aids, etc) vomit on concrete at entrance to security door into common hallway. Security door constantly propped open to allow entrance for 35 teens per day. All these reported to management with no resolve. Teenagers partying all night in hallway, marjiana smoking, drinking, cursing, loud crashing into our apartment door at 4:00a.m. Scratching and knocking on our door at 11:45 p.m. A major concern with the on-going activiities at the complex creates an element with a potential for unhealthy violence, therefore, I have grave concern for my safety. Cars racing each other in the parking during the night. Motor scooters racing up until 10:30-11:00p.m. A garbage disposal not repaired for 8 days that had chili in it creating a stench even though an emergency call went to maintenance when it happened, and 3 more calls. This was absolutely one of the most hideous nightmares I have ever experienced! Never, never would I recommend this complex!
