this was my first apartment living on my own and though it was sufficient, it certainly wasn't worth the exhorbitant rent i paid. there is NO STORAGE save the closet in the bedroom and the closet on the porch. i stored things in my water heater/furnace closet and was told by building maintenance that that was a fire hazard and i needed to remove it all. after the blizzard during march of 03, the ceiling next to my patio window started leaking and didn't stop until about a week and a half later. the halls are not secure in the fact that anyone could prop the door open (which tenants often do) and it's a little annoying to have a peephole, but not be able to see who's at the door. you can definitely tell that these apartments have seen better days as most of the caulking in the bathroom is either chipped or all over the place. if you do decide to move in, try to get an apartment on the top floor, so as to avoid nose pollution. if you're on the second floor, good luck having a lot of quite time (i had to put up with surround sound from the people below me and rabbit sex and jimi hendrix at 3 am from the people about me). parking was fine (my spot was right next to the stairs leading to my apartment), until they decided to re-do it and now my spot is quite at the other end of the alley as my apartment. the office staff was pretty friendly until this last manager took over, but the maintenance crew was always quick to fix whatever was wrong in my apartment fairly quickly. overall, it's an okay apartment complex, but if you'd rather not spend so much money on something that's just adequate, i'd look elsewhere.
