The "fitness" room is a stair climber and a treadmill in a tiny room off the office. The hallways are NOT secure. Those doors are very easy to get into without a key. They moved everyones' parking and most have their one assigned spot further away. Half of the parking structures collapsed from the snow storm due to being built differently, being supported from only one end. People put their dogs on the balcony to go to the bathroom, or take it out and don't clean up after it. Stay off the grass and watch your step on the sidewalk.

I have read the other reviews and have to agree on the noise complaints. It sounds like the people above me are hearding cattle. You can step out on your balcony on a warm weekend and some couple will be yelling at eachother outside. The overall feel is that of a trailer park. When my lease is up I will be leaving.
