I moved into Cottonwood Creek during a bad time in my life and needed a lot of quiet time...which I fortunately got. The management was fantastic and dealt with any problems (which were few) quickly and appropriately. A freak heavy snowstorm in March caused most of the car ports to collapse on the cars (as they did throughout Denver) but my car was dug out for me and the problem dealt with swiftly. Overall I had a very good experience at Cottonwood Creek.
