I lived in cottonwood for two years. The management staff never responded to the many maintenance issues I had. The garbage disposal was cracked and never fixed. The appliances are old and run below average at best.The hot tub for the last three months has not bubbled. When I first moved in the excercise room (2 bikes a stairmaster, and a treadmill) the hot tub were open 24 hours a day. They now close at ten if they even remember to keep it open at all. The coputers in the office were always down and not high-speed as I had been told. The grounds are constantly littered with beer bottles,diapers,cigarette butts,and fast food wrappers. MY BOYFRIENDS CAR WAS BROKEN INTO TWICE.The police are always there and that is no joke.At least 3 cruisers on any given weekend night. The management staff may be the rudest people I've ever met. They frequently leave notices of complaint on your doors. I got 4 and I was at work on the nights in question. During the blizzard in March 75% of the carports caved in and no attempt to fix them was made by the time I moved out in August. Parking is horrible even if you have an assigned space. Mine was all the way across the complex. Please think twice about living here.
