I had pretty good luck with the maintenance people. They were quick to respond to my needs, and it seemed like things broke down a lot. My neighbors were quiet (thank God), but the fights, partys, broken beer bottles, loud cars and music out in the parking lot were disgusting. The police were there at least twice a week. One night some guy's raging girlfriend threw a huge rock through his truck windshield. That was real cute. I could hardly wait to get out of there. If you do move there, don't take out a year lease because you have to live on the Jerry Springer Show for a whole year.
