I moved to Cottonwood Creek 2 years ago, and back then the management was great and I had NO problems whatsoever. Unfortunately, with the switch of management and a promotion to the highly missed manager James, we have been given a mediocre replacement.

While maintence has been awesome to me - right down to lighting my pilot light at 7AM one morning - the office seems to think that ignorance is bliss. Phone calls are RARELY returned, unless you call Red Peak Assoc. and complain to Marsha, then the girls at the office are quick to pacify you - why the manager does call back regarding complaints about him, I don't know....

Community-wise, it's a relatively good area. There's a lot of kids (as in 18-25yr) so noise can be loud and late - my neighbors play their music so loud that I can hear the song clearly over my TV (unless they're jamming out when they get home from work, about 3AM) but all things considered, chalk it up to apartment living.

I am in the process of moving into Cotton wood Creek, and as of right now, there hasn't been any problems. The lady in the office is really friendly and nice. She kind of flirts with my boyfriend a lot and only calls him to update him on our process instead of me, but what can you do? Ya know?? But otherwise, so far nothing has been terrible. The apartments are really small for what the rent is. But nothing too bad.
