I moved into Cottonwood Creek about a year ago. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful with questions or needs I may have. The rent is very reasonable. You will have the pleasure of beautiful grounds that are well kept. I spent many a day sitting under the trees reading. I never had an issue with the internet cafe. Computers were always available and working well. My apartment has been quiet for the most part. The only real loud noise is the sound of the hallway doors crashing shut, but I found that to be a welcome sound as a single person. I could always tell when someone was entering. The covered parking that is included with the apartment is a nice touch. The only issue I've had here is a wasp problem outside. The maintenance men (who are very kind) came out to seal up my slider which was letting the wasps in, but I would have liked for them to get an exterminator out there to locate the nest and remove it. Overall I would highly recommend this place to a friend. If I was not moving out of state I would have signed another year lease.
